About Us

J Bar Meat Company is owned and operated by Jack & Kim Graves.  After 15 years of operating J’s Processing, LLC, they decided to expand their services to a commercial audience.  The new 6000 square foot, USDA facility is set to open in 2020.  J Bar Meat Company will offer a multitude of specialty meat products to retail, wholesale and private label customers.
