Since 2005 J’s Processing has been the popular choice for hunters in West Texas. Owned and operated by Jack & Kim Graves, it has grown to over 4,000 animals a year. The success of our venison sausage led us to offer our products to a commercial audience. We began our expansion effort in 2019 and opened our doors for business in November 2020.
