At J-Bar Meats, we believe in quality over quantity. We only use Prime and Upper 2/3 Choice Beef for our hand-cut steaks. On top of USDA standards, we have our own standards, and if a steak doesn’t look the part, we simply won’t sell it. We also trim our steaks to ensure each bite is tender, juicy, and flavorful.
