The difference in our Beef Jerky is noticed in the first bite. Most jerky manufacturers use old cow and bull rounds for their jerky because it’s cheaper. At J-Bar Meats, our belief is quality, PERIOD. We use only Choice and Prime Inside Rounds for our jerky. The result is a tender thick cut jerky that will leave you wanting more.
